Welcome
Thank you for visiting my coaching website. In December of 2009, I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease in the Lupus family called Dermatomyositis. This life-changing event has dramtically changed my life and my own life's perspective. As a result, I am very focused on living each day with simple, quiet purpose, and I am dedicated to helping others find their own way to a more tranquil way of "being". The purpose of my website is to do quiet coaching through my blog and through my music. As I share my own experience and thoughts, I hope you will send me your own perspective through my blog as part of a learning journey together. As I have searched for more information regarding my disease, I found very little in the way of sharing resources regarding Dermatomyositis, and I'm hoping that my website will be a resource for others to share their own life experiences.
